Position Overview

As a Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in helping clients identify their insurance needs and providing tailored solutions. You’ll represent the Desjardins brand with professionalism, build strong relationships, and contribute to the success of our agency.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads, schedule appointments, and recommend appropriate insurance products
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly client service
- Promote complimentary auto, home, life insurance products
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to team performance
- Participate in community events and networking activities

Qualifications

- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Excellent relationship-building and organizational abilities
- Previous sales or insurance experience is an asset




- Must hold or be willing to obtain the Ontario General Insurance License (OTL) and Life License Qualification Program (LLQP) (paid for by employer)
- Bilingual (Spanish, French, or other languages) is an asset.
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal and financial health background check

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
