Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead and oversee all QA and food safety functions. In this pivotal role, you will:

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and oversee QA programs aligned with ISO 13485, ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP, and applicable FDA regulations
- Lead quality audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Manage quality control processes to ensure products meet safety, quality, and consistency standards
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings or customer feedback
- Monitor and report on KPIs related to product quality, process efficiency, and compliance metrics
- Conduct root cause analysis and lead projects to optimize processes and reduce defects
- Train staff at all levels on quality systems, regulatory requirements, and best practices

Qualifications & Experience





- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Quality Management, or related field
- Proven QA experience in food manufacturing or related sectors
- Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, ISO 9001, HACCP, CGMP, and FDA regulations applicable to food products
- Experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing quality management systems
- Skilled in root cause analysis, process improvement, and defect reduction
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation practices

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
