What you’ll earn
- 100% commission with no cap — the harder you work, the more you make, with no ceiling on your income.
- Commission on every deal, plus monthly volume bonuses and weekly spiffs that reward consistent performers.
- A guaranteed minimum commission on every single unit you deliver — even thin deals pay you.
- A transparent, written pay plan reviewed with you line by line during the interview process — you’ll know exactly how you get paid before you accept anything.
What you’ll do
- Greet and qualify customers on the lot, by phone, and online — and guide them to the right vehicle.
- Present and demo vehicles, handle objections, negotiate, and close.
- Work your CRM daily: follow up every lead, mine your sold customers for referrals and reviews.
- Deliver vehicles with a wow experience that earns 5-star reviews (we pay a spiff for every one that names you).
What we’re looking for
- Hungry, resilient, coachable.
Proven experience hitting targets — in any industry. Auto experience is an asset, not a requirement; we train the right people.
- Strong communicator in person and on the phone; comfortable with technology and CRM.
- Available Saturdays plus weekday evenings on rotation.
- 19 years or older, legally entitled to work in Canada, valid BC driver’s licence, and able to pass a police information check.
- VSA salesperson licence, or willingness to complete the licensing course in your first weeks — we sponsor the licence and course costs.
