What You’ll Do





- Lead, coach, and supervise field-based nursing staff

- Oversee care delivery and ensure regulatory compliance

- Collaborate on care planning with Ontario Health atHome

- Support quality improvement and clinical best practices

- Participate in rotational on-call leadership coverage

What You Bring

- RN in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

- 3–5+ years of clinical experience (community care preferred)

- Strong leadership and case management skills

- Valid driver’s license & access to a vehicle
