Compensation & Hours:

- The rate of pay will be $110-140K/year, based on experience
- Monday through Friday, approximately 40 hrs/week

Position Summary:

- Provide strategic leadership and direction while ensuring alignment with the company's vision, values, and long-term objectives
- Coach, mentor, and develop department leaders, empowering them to make decisions and succeed within their roles
- Foster a positive, accountable,



and collaborative workplace culture focused on employee engagement and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, and key business partners
- Support the leadership team in achieving operational, financial, and customer service objectives without becoming involved in day-to-day task management
- Lead organizational planning, change initiatives, and business growth opportunities
- Monitor overall business performance using key performance indicators and work with leaders to identify opportunities for improvement
- Champion exceptional customer service while maintaining the company's reputation for quality, professionalism, and integrity

Required Qualifications:

- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in a senior management or executive role
- Bachelors in business-related degree is required
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing leaders and teams
- Strong business acumen with experience balancing people leadership, operations, and financial performance
- Demonstrated ability to build trust, foster accountability, and lead through influence
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong understanding of budgeting, business planning, and performance metrics
- Strategic thinker with solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence and clean driving abstract

Bonus Points For:

- Experience leading a service-based or skilled trades organization
- Background in HVAC, mechanical contracting, construction, or a related industry
- CPA, CA or related designation
