Salary:

$57,000-$60,000 per annum–The gross salary paid is subject to applicable Federal and Provincial income taxes and other statutory deductions.

Vacation:

4% of the gross salary

30 Hours a week

Essential Functions / Major Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate security operations across multiple client sites, ensuring adherence to company policies and client requirements.
- Develop, implement, and update site-specific security procedures and protocols.
- Plan, assign, and manage work schedules; dispatch personnel to ensure adequate coverage at all client locations.
- Train, mentor, and supervise security staff; conduct orientations, performance evaluations, and corrective actions where required.
- Oversee daily site operations, including patrols, incident reporting, and emergency response; investigate security breaches or irregularities.




- Maintain regular communication with property managers, clients, law enforcement, and other stakeholders to address concerns and provide updates.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records related to staffing, attendance, incidents, and performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, health and safety, and industry standards.
- Carry out additional supervisory duties assigned by client management or senior leadership within the scope of security operations.

Education and Experience Requirements

- Completion of secondary school is required.
- Post-secondary education in security management, business administration, or a related field is considered an asset.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security industry, including at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity, is required.
- A valid Ontario Security Guard Licence is required.
- A valid Ontario Driver’s Licence is required.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification is considered an asset.
- Parking Enforcement Certification is considered an asset.
