The Position

We're hiring a full-time Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our Saint John team. You'll be on-site at live brand events and community activations — meeting consumers, answering questions, and representing our clients with professionalism and enthusiasm. This is a field-based role. The work is active, the environment is rapid-paced, and no two days are exactly the same.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Attending scheduled brand activations and promotional events across the Saint John area
- Greeting consumers and creating a welcoming, professional first impression
- Learning assigned campaign and product details thoroughly before each activation
- Listening to what customers need and walking them through relevant options clearly
- Handling questions and concerns with patience and accuracy
- Bringing each consumer interaction to a proper resolution




- Logging daily activity and contributing observations to the broader team
- Showing up to team training sessions and applying what you take away from them

- Stays composed and professional when things get busy or a customer gets difficult
- Takes ownership of their results without waiting to be directed
- Coachable — genuinely open to feedback and willing to apply it
- Must be 18 or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
- Full-time availability required
- No previous experience needed — we train from the ground up
