One of our clients, a well-established food manufacturing company, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily production schedules and workflow.
- Lead, coach, and supervise production staff.
- Ensure production targets, quality, and efficiency are achieved.
- Monitor GMP, HACCP, and food safety compliance.
- Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
- Identify process improvements and reduce downtime.
- Maintain a secure working environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of production management experience in food manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Experience with production planning and reporting.
Pay: $85,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
