Job Overview
The Four Seasons is seeking a professional and dedicated Overnight Valet Lead to oversee the nightly parking operations at our luxury hotel. This leadership role requires a proactive individual with excellent customer service skills, hospitality experience, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless guest experiences, maintain high standards of service, and uphold the esteemed reputation of The Four Seasons.

Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise the overnight valet team to deliver exceptional guest services.
- Coordinate parking and retrieval of guest vehicles efficiently and safely.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, directions, and other concierge services as needed.
- Ensure all guest interactions are professional, courteous, and aligned with brand standards.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and escalate concerns when necessary.
- Manage cash handling procedures accurately and securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet area throughout the shift.
- Train new team members on valet procedures,



safety protocols, and customer service expectations.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement.

Experience

- Prior dealership or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Proven track record in guest services or customer-facing roles within luxury environments.
- Solid communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable.
- Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Ability to lead a team effectively during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of service delivery.

Shift Time: 11 PM-7 AM

Pay: $20.50 per hour
