- Create detailed documentation including:
- Business requirements documents (BRDs)

Stakeholder & Project Support
- Act as a primary liaison between tax, finance, IT, procurement, and external service providers.
- Support project planning, testing cycles (UAT), and go-live readiness.
- Provide clear communication and status updates to stakeholders, highlighting risks and remediation plans.

Testing, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
- Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) scenarios focused on regulatory compliance and business accuracy.
- Support post-implementation monitoring to ensure sustained compliance and operational efficiency.
- Track regulatory changes and recommend enhancements to existing e-invoicing processes and systems.

Who – the Candidate:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 4–7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with demonstrated exposure to:
- E-invoicing, digital tax reporting, or indirect tax compliance
- ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)
