Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a protected work environment. Candidate must have previous construction site experience . Machine tickets are an asset as is OFA1 certification.

Responsibilities

- Assist with the preparation and clean-up of job sites.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and experienced workers.
- Help with the assembly of structures and installations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in construction is a must.
- Ability to perform physical tasks,



including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a must.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards learning new skills.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver's license is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Fall protection and telehandler certificates would be advantageous.
