Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential settings, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for clients. This role offers an opportunity to work in a energetic and friendly environment where excellent customer service and organizational skills are highly valued. Prior experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication skills. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Spanish is a plus. The position emphasizes professionalism, confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail to meet the high standards of our clients.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Manage laundry services, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal preparation as needed
- Maintain organized storage of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and free of dust, dirt, and clutter
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific needs and preferences
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes




- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment

Skills

- Proficiency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
- Strong cleaning skills with experience in residential/hospitality cleaning environments
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to perform laundry duties accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members
- Knowledge of hospitality standards to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable work ethic with a focus on professionalism and discretion
- Valid BC Driver's License
