Communication Officer - Dispatch
Hamilton Office

Responsibilities include:

- Answering calls and dispatching security personnel to designated locations
- Monitoring security systems and responding alarm activations
- Maintaining accurate records of all incidents and responses
- Coordinating with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
- Providing excellent customer service to clients

Requirements:





- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
- Previous experience in a dispatch or command centre role is preferred, but not essential
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check

21.00 per hour
8-12 hour shifts- weekday/weekend shifts
Night shifts
