About Us: Quantified Health is a virtual healthcare platform serving patients across Canada. We're expanding into general primary care, delivered asynchronously, so patients can get answers and treatment without needing to book a live appointment.

Who we hope to find: We're looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and help us grow our async general care offering. This role is ideal for someone who wants adaptable, self-paced clinical work they can fit around other commitments. No specialty experience is required. We'll train you on our systems and protocols.

In this role, you'll make an impact by:

- Reviewing patient intake forms and history to complete asynchronous assessments
- Responding to follow-up messages and patient questions through our messaging platform on your own schedule
- Using our evidence-based protocols and template notes to document care efficiently
- Prescribing and managing treatment for routine conditions within your scope of practice
- Working independently, at times that suit you,



with support always available when needed

We need someone who has:

- Current registration as a Nurse Practitioner with the relevant provincial regulatory body
- Comfort working async, in writing, without live patient interaction
- Willingness to learn our EMR system
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight

Not required, but nice to have:

- Prior experience in virtual care or telemedicine
- Experience with chronic disease management or primary care
- Interest in future specialty training (e.g. menopause, weight loss)
