- Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Position Summary

One of our clients is seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth daily front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage appointments, bookings, and scheduling as required.
- Maintain accurate records and perform basic administrative duties.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.




- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures, if applicable.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Follow company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

- Previous customer service or front desk experience is an asset.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and office software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
