We are looking for a Part-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced cook, someone looking to expand their kitchen skills, or a culinary student seeking hands-on experience while completing their studies. With flexible scheduling options, this role can be a excellent fit for those balancing school, other commitments, or looking to build a career in hospitality.

What You’ll Do

- Prepare and execute menu items to established standards, ensuring proper seasoning, temperature, portioning, and presentation
- Support daily kitchen operations in a busy, team-focused environment
- Complete daily food safety documentation, including temperature logs and cleaning checklists
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked workstation, including line drawers, prep areas, and service stations
- Assist with food preparation and staging to ensure smooth service and minimize menu item shortages




- Follow safe food handling practices and maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team and assist with other duties as required

What We’re Looking For

- Previous wok cooking experience (1 year preferred)
- Ability to speak mandarin or Cantonese
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be available for evening shifts, including occasional shifts until midnight
- Reliable transportation required
