Meaty Meats is a specialty retailer focusing on Fresh Organic Meats and Charcuterie, as well as in-house Prepared Foods. We operate two locations in the GTA, with a focus on customer experience.

As the owner of the company's retail meat operations, reporting to the Retail Operations Manager or similar our e-commerce web store. This is a permanent full time employment with day shift and overtime available.

Responsibilities

- Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial, or other wholesale use
- Remove bones from meat
- Record information on products inspected
- Clean and maintain the workspace
- Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat

Education:

- Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
- Specialization: Meat cutting/Meat cutter
- Required work experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Equipment and machinery experience

- knives

Product inspection experience

- Meat and meat products

- 40 hours per week, full-time permanent employment, Day shift, overtime available
