Duties

- Actively engage with potential clients through outside sales initiatives to identify new business opportunities
- Negotiate effectively with clients to close sales and secure long-term partnerships
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market reach
- Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales activities, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs
- Utilize marketing tools and techniques to generate leads and promote products or services
- Leverage technology sales knowledge to demonstrate product features and advantages to prospective customers
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and improve performance




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using Salesforce or similar CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical sales presentations and support complex client requirements

Skills

- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently
- Excellent business development capabilities, including prospecting and lead generation
- Skilled in account management, maintaining ongoing client relationships for sustained growth
- Familiarity with marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and lead conversion
- Analysis skills to interpret market data, customer insights, and sales metrics effectively
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and customer interactions
- Technical sales experience is a plus, especially when explaining complex products or solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, qualified approach
- Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve diverse client bases effectively
- A vehicle is required for this position
