North-Wright Airways is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Director of Maintenance (DOM) Assistant to support our Maintenance Department. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient administration of aircraft maintenance records, regulatory compliance, operational coordination, and document control.

Location: Norman Wells, NT

Qualifications:

- Previous administrative experience, preferably in aviation, maintenance, or another regulated industry.
- Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Experience with WinAir, Smartsheets, or electronic document management systems is considered an asset.
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance records and Transport Canada regulations is considered an asset.
