You will perform detailed quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications, review tender documents to fully understand project scope, and prepare comprehensive bid submissions. You’ll liaise directly with builders, general contractors, and clients throughout the tendering process, ensuring clear communication and strong relationship management.
In addition, you will identify and pursue new tender opportunities, maintain organized records of estimates and bid outcomes, and ensure all submissions are aligned with project timelines, budgets, and requirements. This role offers strong exposure to both technical estimating and business development activities within a growing contractor.
