Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex healthcare projects and operational initiatives from initiation through implementation and sustainment.
- Develop project charters, work plans, budgets and risk registers.
- Supports operational readiness planning,



infrastructure design, facility activations and move planning.
- Coordinate process development, workflow redesign, testing activities, simulations, and implementation planning.
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with clinical leaders, physicians, operational teams, vendors, and community partners.
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and engagement sessions.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues and strategies.
- Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource plans.
- Monitor project expenditures and support procurement and contract coordination as required.
