Job Description
As a member of the Program Planning & Delivery team, the Advisor, Delivery Enablement & Communications supports the successful delivery of Security & Infrastructure initiatives through cross‑functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance support, and strategic communications.
Leveraging an understanding of cybersecurity and infrastructure environments, the role serves as a key liaison between technical teams, project managers, and leadership, helping ensure initiatives remain aligned, informed, and positioned for successful delivery.
Key Accountabilities
Delivery Enablement
- Support coordination of portfolio and program delivery activities.
- Facilitate cross‑functional planning and dependency management.
- Maintain portfolio standards, templates, and operating procedures.
- Support implementation of process improvements and lessons learned.
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop communication plans and stakeholder engagement materials.
- Prepare executive presentations, status reports, and briefing notes.
- Coordinate communications related to key portfolio activities and milestones.
Governance Support
- Coordinate governance meetings and action tracking.
- Support reporting and documentation activities.
- Ensure decisions, risks, and actions are captured and communicated appropriately.
Selection Criteria
Education
- Post‑secondary education in Business, Communications, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline is preferred. Candidates with an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience will also be considered.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience supporting program delivery, project coordination, portfolio management, communications, or business operations.
- Experience working within cybersecurity, infrastructure, technology operations, digital transformation, or related technology environments.
- Experience preparing executive‑level presentations, communications, and briefing materials.
- Experience supporting cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships across technical and business groups.
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity and/or infrastructure concepts, technologies, operational processes, and delivery practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical subject matter experts and translate complex technical information into concise business‑focused communications.
- Understanding of technology program and project delivery methodologies, governance practices, and portfolio management principles.
- Strong organizational, facilitation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Excel, Teams, and Share Point.

The base salary for this role considers a variety of factors, including candidates' knowledge, skills, experience, education, and any applicable collective agreement requirements for union‑represented positions.
