In your role as a Safety Specialist, you'll lead training and safety inspections while ensuring full compliance with federal and local regulations. You're responsible for proactive risk management and fostering a culture where safety is prioritized.

Collaborate with terminal management on safety programs and participate in critical incident investigations to maintain a protected working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and train drivers in safety compliance

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3+ years in Transportation Safety and training
