Lead Consultant (Vena/EPM Implementation) – North America

We're working with a growing EPM consulting firm looking to add a Lead Consultant to its North American team.

This is a hands-on consulting role for someone who enjoys owning projects from start to finish, working directly with clients, and helping finance teams modernize their planning and reporting processes.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead end-to-end EPM implementations from discovery through go-live
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout projects
- Configure solutions, deliver workshops, and support user training
- Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes
- Contribute to implementation best practices as the consulting team continues to grow

What they're looking for:

- 3-4+ years of experience in the Vena/FP&A;/EPM space
- 1+ year relevant experience implementing EPMs (Vena, Planful, Prophix, Adaptive)




- Experience leading or owning implementations from beginning to end
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with basic database concepts
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Experience with modern cloud EPM platforms preferred (experience focused solely on Oracle is less aligned with this role)
