Candidates from across Canada are encouraged to apply. Relocation for the duration of the project is welcome. About the Role TRG Staffing Solutions is hiring 15 Commercial Superintendents for a long-term commercial restoration and reconstruction project.
This role is ideal for experienced construction leaders who enjoy managing field operations, leading crews, and working in unique communities across Canada. Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead crews of 8-10 employees. Coordinate daily field operations for commercial restoration and reconstruction projects.
Plan project schedules and oversee subcontractors and job crews. Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Conduct daily safety meetings and promote a safe work environment. Monitor project progress and resolve issues efficiently.
Complete project documentation, reports, and daily logs. Maintain strong communication with project managers and project stakeholders. Qualifications Previous experience as a Commercial Superintendent,



Site Supervisor, Construction Foreman, or similar leadership role.
Proven ability to supervise and motivate 8-10 employees. Must be 21 years of age or older. Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently in remote project locations.
Commercial construction, restoration, or general contracting experience is preferred. Requirements Must have your own steel-toe boots. Must be comfortable working a 21 days on / 10 days off rotation. Must be willing to travel and stay on-site for project rotations.
Candidates do not need to be local. Applicants from anywhere in Canada are encouraged to apply. Important Information Work will take place on First Nations Reserves.
