UX driven updates and improvement to CRM Analytics capacities, AI use cases, Sales Performance Management (SPM), and data model/hierarchy transformation in accordance with IT systems convergence (MDM/OneTMS/CDP).WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGOwn CRM adoption, training, and change management across the regionIs the direct interface to the global CRM Team and regionally mandated by RSE to drive CRM within the regionEnforce CRM standards, governance, and data quality disciplineAct as regional interface between Global CRM, Regional Sales Effectiveness, and Sales teamsLead regional rollout of CRM releasesDesign and deploy regional dashboards, reports, and processesIdentify risks, raise escalations, and advise on regional readiness for upcoming releases
