The responsibilities include conducting HVAC system installations, performing maintenance and repairs, managing preventive maintenance tasks, and diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment issues. The Lead G2 HVAC Installer will also oversee the work quality of team members and ensure customer satisfaction throughout every project.QualificationsStrong background in Troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issuesAt least 2 years experience in Maintenance, Repair and Installation of HVAC systemsProficiency in maintaining high Customer Satisfaction through effective and professional communicationMust have a valid G2 certificationLeadership skills to guide and mentor team members effectivelyAbility to work independentlyAbility to collaborate with suppliersMust have a valid driver's license
