1. Reportfood safety and quality issues to personnel with authority toinitiate action
2. Ensure that all work isperformed according to pertinent GMP, HACCP, SQF, CFIA and allestablished regulations
3. Maintain a clean andsafe work environment at all times
4. Read andinterpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical codespecifications to determine layout of industrial electricalequipment installations
5. Install, examine,replace or repair electricial wiring, receptacle, switch boxes,conduits, feeders, fibre-optic and coaxial cable assemblies,lighting fixtures and other electricialcomponents
6. Test electrical and electronicequipment and components for continuity, current, voltage andresistance
7. Maintain, repair, install andtest switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators andreactors
8. Maintain, repair,



test and installelectrical motors, generators, alternators, industrial storagebatteries, and hydraulic and pneumatic electrical controlsystems
9. Troubleshoot, maintain and repairindustrial electrical and electronic control systems and otherrelated devices
10. Conduct preventive maintenanceon electrical and electronic equipment programs and keepmaintenance records
11. May install, maintain andcalibrate industrial instrumentation and relateddevices
12. Provide insight and suggestionsfor improvement to equipment andprocesses
13. Attend all job training, asneeded
