Insight Global is hiring for a a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support strategic initiatives within the IDT and Correspondent Banking space. This role will focus on business analysis, process optimization, workflow automation, and functional solution design across key areas including Nostro/Vostro account management, revenue reporting, client billing, and financial operations. The ideal candidate combines strong banking domain expertise with exceptional stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions within an Agile delivery environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 8-10 years experience as a BSA in business analysis, requirement gathering, process optimization, workflow automation in financial industry

Domain experience:

- Correspondent Banking

- Nostro, Vostro accounts





- Finance & Revenue reporting – components of PNL for Correspondent Banking

- Client Billing & Statements

- Strong and fluent communication, being able to communicate complex concepts with clarity

- Strong Agile delivery – explicit user stories, scrum ceremonies (scrums, refinement sessions, sprint planning, dev & QA collaboration, retros), acceptance criteria writing etc

- Proven functional solution design, problem solving, data mapping, translating business needs / problems into As-Is future state workflows and system-ready specs
