Camunda 7 Developer

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Duration: 12-month contract (extension/full time potential)

We are seeking an experienced Camunda 7 Developer to join a collaborative team delivering enterprise business process automation solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting workflow automation using Camunda 7, Java, and AWS.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement BPMN workflows and DMN decision models using Camunda 7
- Develop and integrate Java/Spring Boot microservices and REST/SOAP APIs
- Deploy and support Camunda solutions in AWS environments
- Containerize applications using Docker and Kubernetes
- Optimize SQL/database performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable automation solutions

Required Skills:

- 5+ years of Camunda 7 development experience
- Strong Java/J2EE expertise (Spring Boot,



Hibernate, REST)
- 2+ years of AWS experience (EC2, RDS, IAM, Lambda, S3)
- Hands-on experience with BPMN, DMN, Docker, Kubernetes, and SQL
- Experience with microservices, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/Maven, and Agile environments

Preferred:

- Experience with Camunda Modeler and Cockpit
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into workflow automation solutions

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Interview Process: Two rounds (virtual followed by onsite).
