Job Title: Exterior Cleaning Technician

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Exterior Cleaning Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will perform gutter cleaning, pressure washing, window cleaning, and other exterior property maintenance services for residential and commercial customers. This position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, using ladders and professional equipment while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

- Clean gutters and downspouts safely and efficiently.
- Operate pressure washing equipment to clean driveways, sidewalks, decks, patios, fences, siding, and other exterior surfaces.
- Inspect properties and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
- Set up, operate, and maintain equipment and tools.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper ladder use and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Load, unload, and transport equipment to job sites.
- Keep company vehicles, trailers, and equipment clean and organized.
- Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.




- Assist with additional exterior cleaning services as needed.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in pressure washing, gutter cleaning, landscaping, or general labor is an asset but not required.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.

Pay: $17.60-$30.00 per hour
