Are you a Carpenter with at least 3 years experience? Are you hard working, loyal and reliable who has a passion for all things construction? Are you comfortable working across lower mainland? If so, keep reading!

Main Responsibilities:

- Operating hand tools, power actuated tools as required to perform tasks.

- Working in a team environment and providing the day to day carpentry work as required. This includes both framing and formwork.

- Maintaining a high level of quality and timeliness in all tasks.

- Participating in daily tool-box talks and weekly safety meetings.

- Ensuring all necessary Personal Protective Equipment is used for all tasks.

- Advising supervision/safety officers of unsafe conditions or acts.

- Preparing layout including selecting materials, planning sequences and methods of work.

- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and free of hazards.

- Ensuring tools and equipment are returned to tool boxes and storage.

Requirements:

- Previous carpentry experience (3+ years minimum).

- Strong work ethic.

- Ability to work well in a team workplace.

- Okay with working across the Lower Mainland.





- Having your own reliable vehicle is considered an asset (but not essential).

- Positive attitude towards safety.

- Ability to take direction and follow through on instructions.

- Punctual and reliable.

- Willingness to learn. Willingness to coach and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.

- Ability to take initiative, Self motivated.
