The Role

We’re seeking a passionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our Port Credit clinical team. You will work alongside chiropractors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and trainers to deliver high-quality, client-focused care in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide massage therapy assessments and treatments for a diverse client base
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes in alignment with SWAT Health’s documentation standards
- Educate clients on home care, exercise, and lifestyle strategies to support recovery, performance, and prevention
- Participate in occasional in-house events, workshops, or community outreach initiatives





Qualifications

- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Liability insurance coverage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A client-first, team-oriented mindset
- Experience in a multidisciplinary setting is an asset
