Responsibilities:
- Assist Journeyperson Electricians with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Learn and apply the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and safety regulations.
- Handle and transport materials and tools up to 50 lb. safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications:
- Currently registered as an Apprentice Electrician in Alberta.
- Strong understanding of basic electrical principles and safety procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and highly motivated.
- Comfortable working in various environments and conditions (e.g., residential, commercial, industrial settings).
- Must have basic hand tools and power tools.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in running EMT.
- All successful candidates must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Fall Protection as an asset
