Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our worksite, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining a safe, organized workplace. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and committed to completing assigned duties efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite, including debris removal and equipment storage
- Operate basic tools and machinery under supervision
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist team members with various tasks to meet project deadlines
- Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly

Requirements





- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and safety standards
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions effectively
- 1 to 2 years of experience in manual labour or construction is a plus
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed
