Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service that exceeds expectations
- Manage food preparation tasks including assembling food items and maintaining food safety standards
- Handle cashiering responsibilities, including processing payments and giving correct change using basic math skills
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment,



and dining areas in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness

Experience

- Proven experience as a Barista or in the food service industry, demonstrating strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety practices, proper food handling, and sanitation protocols
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively during busy periods
- Experience in serving customers in a rapid-paced environment with excellent communication skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash transactions and order accuracy
- Prior food preparation or food service experience is highly desirable
