Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the overall operations of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Laborer, you will work in a dynamic workplace and contribute to the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
- Operate hand tools and power equipment as needed.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements





- Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the job.
- A valid driver's license is a plus but not mandatory.
