Join our dynamic team at Green Canada Major Services as an HVAC Technician holding a valid TSSA G-2 (Technical Standards and Safety Authority) license. In this energized role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, as well as plumbing, boilers, hydronic and related mechanical equipment. Your expertise and experience will ensure our facilities operate smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

This is an exciting chance for an HVAC Technician seeking to grow to the next level of exposure, and to work independently for the company.

Duties

- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems, boilers, plumbing fixtures, and mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Install current HVAC units, piping systems, boilers, and appliances following detailed schematics and technical specifications.
- Conduct inspections of mechanical systems to identify issues early and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Utilize welding techniques to repair or modify piping and metal components as needed.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide installation and repair tasks accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed,



and system inspections in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with construction teams during new installations or upgrades to ensure seamless integration of HVAC and mechanical systems.

Qualifications

- Valid G2 - TSSA license
- Full G - Driver’s License with a clean driver's record
- Proven experience working with HVAC systems
- Strong hands-on knowledge/experience across various systems.
- Ability to read schematics accurately and translate technical drawings into practical work solutions.
- Familiarity with HVAC installation and maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to operation, codes, procedures, and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
