Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented civil works foreman who has minimuim five years work experience as a civil foreman. Must be familiar with work guidelines and standards in local lower mainland municipalities. Must have experience in all underground utilities work, surface work prep, and physical ability to lay, cut, bevel, and install various utilities.

Duties

- Lead and supervise construction teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope
- Develop, review, and manage project budgets, schedules, set grade, shoot elevations. Teach labourmen and pipelayers on a needed basis.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth communication and project flow
- Oversee quality control processes to maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare and review construction estimates, proposals, and change orders
- Monitor project progress through site visits, inspections,



and regular reporting
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and environmental regulations throughout the construction process

Qualifications

- 5 Years minimum civil works experience.
- Demonstrated ability in blueprint reading, installing pipe, cut and bevel pipe.
- Excellent leadership skills with prior supervising experience in a fast-paced environment .
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ensure to follow required safety protocols on an as needed basis.

Compensation:

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $48.50-$52.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
