Duties

- Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, colouring, highlighting, styling, and treatments specialized to guest's preferences
- Consult with guest's to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles and products
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment
- Upsell retail products to enhance client satisfaction and meet sales goals
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and processing payments
- Build strong client relationships through personalized service and effective communication
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques,



and product knowledge to deliver innovative services

Mandatory Requirements:

- 3+ years Hair Styling experience
- A valid Hair Styling Licence

Experience

- Proven experience in hair styling with a strong portfolio of work
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential
- Knowledge of hair styling techniques and current beauty trends is advantageous
- Strong communication skills to connect with diverse guest's and team members
- Ability to uphold sanitation standards diligently and consistently
- Experience in front desk operations or reception duties is a plus but not mandatory
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the beauty industry
