Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and organized Route Manager to oversee daily delivery operations and ensure smooth logistics for our customers. In this role, you will coordinate transportation activities and optimize routes to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with transportation management systems, and a passion for streamlining supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes using transportation management systems to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee freight shipping & receiving processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain detailed records of shipments, deliveries,



and inventory movements through data entry and analysis.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers via multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette.
- Analyze delivery data to identify areas for improvement in routing, freight costs, or service levels.

Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and transparent reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in data entry, typing accuracy, and multi-line phone systems for efficient communication.
- Familiarity with shipping & receiving procedures within a logistics or distribution environment.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members across departments.
