Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from tension through therapeutic massage techniques. Duties

- Perform a variety of massage techniques tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, including Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage.
- Assess client needs through thorough consultations and maintain accurate records of treatments provided.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and any areas of concern.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist is required.




- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Familiarity with medical terminology is preferred to ensure accurate client assessments and documentation.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive client experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed to accommodate client schedules.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development in the field of massage therapy.

Pay structure: Commission pay.

Pay: $42,262.28-$109,008.13 per year
