A leading commercial builder is seeking an experienced
Superintendent
to join its growing operations team in Calgary.

With a robust backlog of work and a reputation built on quality, collaboration, and long-term client relationships, this organization delivers a diverse range of
commercial and institutional projects throughout Alberta.

As Superintendent, you will take ownership of site operations from project start-up through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Oversee all on-site construction activities and daily operations
- Coordinate trades, suppliers, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Drive project schedules and proactively address site challenges
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity
- Lead site meetings and provide regular project updates
- Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract documents and company standards

Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects




- Proven ability to manage schedules, trades, and project execution
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Thorough understanding of construction methods, drawings, and specifications
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
