By reporting failure analysis and tracking support metrics, you will contribute significantly to our continuous improvement.

- Provide technical support via phone and online channels

- Report potential product issues to Quality teams
- Share insights for catalog improvements and related content
- Track and report support metrics monthly

Requirements:

- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Solid mechanical aptitude in automotive repair
- Must have 1 year automotive repair experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
