We at Coforge are hiring a Guidewire Delivery Leader with following skillset :

- 18–20+ years of IT delivery experience.
- 10+ years leading Guidewire programs in the P&C; Insurance domain.
- Mandatory expertise in Guidewire Policy Center plus Claim Center or Billing Center.
- Proven ownership of portfolios with $8M+ annual revenue and 50+ member teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Guidewire transformation, implementation, upgrade, cloud, and AMS engagements.
- Own delivery governance, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and account growth.
- Serve as the primary client-facing leader for executive stakeholders and steering committees.
- Drive onsite-offshore delivery excellence, risk management, and program execution.
- Mentor delivery managers, architects, and cross-functional teams.

Ideal Candidate: A senior client-facing Guidewire delivery leader with proven success managing large insurance portfolios, executive stakeholder relationships, multi-million-dollar revenues, and large distributed delivery teams.
