SKILLS REQUIRED:

- 5+ years of experience in Service Now CMDB configuration, CI Class Manager, CSDM, CMDB Health, data certification and CMDB governance.
- Should have strong experience with Discovery, MID Server concepts, service mapping dependencies and CI relationship management.
- Positive experience with import sets, transform maps, data normalization, identification rules and reconciliation engine behavior.
- Good understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HAM and SAM data dependencies within Service Now.




- Ability to troubleshoot CMDB data quality issues, duplicate CIs, relationship gaps and data load exceptions.
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
