Role Description The Landscaper role at Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is a contract, in office position based in Hamilton, ON. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and seasonal cleanups on commercial properties.
The role involves gardening activities including planting, mulching, pruning, and maintaining shrubs, trees, and flowerbeds. The Landscaper may assist with irrigation system checks, basic repairs,



and monitoring water usage, as well as support the implementation of landscape designs and enhancements.

This position requires working safely with tools and equipment, following site-specific instructions, and collaborating with team members to meet quality and efficiency standards.

Qualifications Demonstrated skills in landscape maintenance and general landscaping for commercial properties.

Valid and clean drivers License
Practical experience in gardening, including planting, pruning, and bed maintenance.
Basic knowledge of irrigation systems, water management, and routine system checks.
Understanding of landscape design principles and ability to support installation and enhancements.
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Familiarity with safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment.
Reliable transportation to on-site work locations in Hamilton, ON.
Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

Previous commercial landscaping or groundskeeping experience is an asset.
