Our clients range from local retailers to enterprise-level multinationals. We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starting, enthusiastic, and driven professional looking to further their own career while working in a big team.
They should be comfortable communicating with others in a team environment and able to work directly with clients. We invite candidates located in Ottawa to apply. This is an in-person role, and the candidate is required to work from our Ottawa office 5 days per week.
Primary Responsibilities Complete day-to-day digital marketing tasks, including posting blogs on client websites, sharing blogs on social media, citation-building, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Business Profile, website updates, data entry, and other duties as required Oversee the client onboarding process, serving as the primary contact for all incoming clients.





Collect access items for the team and check-in on onboarding status Execute onboarding tasks for new clients, which involves setting up their profiles in our reporting software and initiating basic Google account configurations Assist with the support portal, both in closing digital marketing tickets and in escalating tickets to other departments such as web or SEO Support other team members with overflow tasks and projects as required Be accountable to individual and department objectives and key results (OKRs) Skills Required: Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a keen willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment Excellent communicator with amazing customer service skills Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven atmosphere Compensation Package Starting salary $50,000 / year advantages.
