This position focuses on enabling self-sufficiency for clients while building essential playbooks and standards for future hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own technical solutioning and integration design for enterprise clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience in enterprise implementations for Fortune 500 customers
- Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and latency
- Excellent communication with executives at all levels
- High urgency in managing technical escalations
- Background in telematics, fleet, or data engineering preferred
