Frankie's Italian Kitchen is a full-service Italian restaurant in downtown Vancouver, located inside the Georgian Court Hotel and home to Frankie's Jazz Club. We serve scratch pasta, pizza, and a classic Italian menu across breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as aperitivo service, hotel catering and live music nights.
We're looking for a Line Cook who can hold quality under pressure, stay organized through long service days, and be a reliable part of a tight kitchen team.
What We're Looking For
1–3 years line cook experience in a full-service kitchen
Ability to work clean, organized, and with urgency
Robust understanding of prep, station setup, and service flow
Confidence on multiple stations (pasta, app, grill, pizza an asset)
Consistent execution and attention to detail on plating and recipe standards
Team-first mindset with solid communication
Adaptable availability (mornings, evenings, weekends, events)
Details
Full time available (30hrs+ per week)
